HOW TO ORDER

an ITAY NOY Timepiece

Not everyone is comfortable to buy a watch that he hasn’t seen or worn. We therefore offer different ways to purchase an ITAY NOY timepiece. In addition, we offer a return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Contact us by email with any request or questions you have.
2. Order your watch either by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on your preferred watch page or send your order request by email.
3. Itay Noy manufactures to order (we do not carry watches in stock). Your watch will be ready for shipping 21 to 28 working days after ordered and paid. In some cases (e.g. Force Majeure) or special models a different delivery time-table shall be provided. 
4. Inspect your watch during a period of up to seven (7) days starting from the day of receipt and If you find that you don't like your watch for any reason, simply return the watch to us in its original condition (see return policy below).
5. Enjoy your new ITAY NOY watch.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal payments. The PayPal fees (4%) will be at our expense. We also accept wire transfers to our company account in Tel Aviv. All EU residents can make bank transfers without fees (with IBAN and SWIFT BIC code) to our company account in the Netherlands. All prices are in USD.

SHIPPING COST

The cost for worldwide shipping & insurance with EMS is USD90

TAX & DUTIES

All taxes and/or duties required by customer country, shall be carried by the customer

RETURN POLICY

The watch may be returned, in the same condition sold including box, papers, books and accessories, within seven (7) days from receipt of delivery. We ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch and that you ship the watch back to ITAY NOY Studio in Tel Aviv, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will promptly refund the purchase price, less shipping.
